Usage
Yield Guide Crepe batter portions - Dry mix: 3.5kg bag; No. of 100ml uncooked batter portions: approx. 87 Pancake batter portions - Dry mix: 3.5kg bag; No. of 100ml uncooked batter portions: approx. 78 Mixing Instructions For traditional pancakes: Mix in the ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1.25 litres of COLD water. For crepes: Mix in a ratio of 1kg dry mix to 1.5 litres COLD water. Mix to a smooth consistency, beating out all of the lumps. Cook in a pan or griddle as required.
